NO MORE PAINKILLERS! NO MORE HERBS!! NO MORE MONEY SPENT TO ATTEMPT TO TAKE AWAY PAIN!!! NO MORE STRENUOUS EXERCISE BEFORE PERIOD!

New way discovered to cure cramps: SINGING.

I might be talking crazy here but besides curing cramps, I find it much easier to grab/find/feel (whatever you call it) the abdominal muscle position when it's cramping up and NEVER forget it. This was agreed upon by Margo, Ms Lavanne's student.

Prayfully it will work again the next time.

2 days ago, I was wearing my thick, long, down coat. It's not exactly the most fashionable clothing... or rather, it isn't at all fashionable. but the winds were so strong and it was pretty freezing I had no choice. When I walked out, I realized I was the odd one out. I was desperately trying to find another person in a similar coat I was in. Nope.. everyone was doin' fine in their thin hoodies and jackets. I felt so outta place. On the way back in the subway, I finally saw someone (an Asian) in a similar coat to the one I was wearing. I dunno, maybe she's as crazy as me.

Today, the weather was so fine and kinda warm in the afternoon, I decided to wear just my leather jacket (ok. it's a FAUX leather jacket. humph). And without even having to desperately look for someone in a long down coat, I spotted a couple of ladies in them! One even allll buttoned up. Are pple mixing up the weathers now???
