As the plane descended to Doha, I noticed the numerous amount of ships, or boats (they were too tiny from bird's eye view). The boats looked like tiny flakes of white paint in a big bucket of water or unevenly spread bread crumbs. Here I am sitting at 'The coffee Beanery, ltd., A&W, "TCBY". Treats, Sterling and La Patesseries' table in DOHA. yep.. Finally.. They are a chain of food shops. I am or will be eating, as you can see, a hotdog bread from The Coffee Beanery. I still could not believe that I am in Doha. It's not because I simply love this place. It is because I kept thinking if I took the wrong flight! hahaha. But my mind rest at ease when I saw this:
Doha has loads of unused land. It's a huge country. Far-off from the airport, I can see many tall modern buildings. However, in this area, it reminds me of Jerusalem or Israel in "Passion of Christ"; full of sand and deserts. and a small square town like this, surrounded by sand, sand and more sand. I've never come across a country such as this. There is a humungous window at the gates. :) That's quite a view. I just took a bite outta the hotdog. Not fantastic. Can't wait to try the famous sausages in Vienna!!
